In October 2014, I officially launched my second business (cuz I’m just crazy)!
I was looking for a way to help Corporations get more organized. Having worked decades in Corporate America, a part of me was missing the opportunity to really work with businesses and help them do more and be more.
Every business has its challenges. In larger Corporations communication, knowledge and passion for your job is so important. Communication delivers knowledge and passion – because excitement and happiness are contagious and provides for accountability.
Even small to medium size companies (that don’t have water coolers) need to have a way to communicate client’s goals, employee’s goals and have to work together for the common good of the business.
This is why I love the Scrum method of Project Management. It is collaborative, self-organizing, removes customer inconsistencies of “what” they want from you and will increase your overall ROI. The biggest advantage in Scrum is that it requires a mindset that most Corporations are not used to – and this is also the biggest crutch to the system. All members of the team, including the CEO need to be on board with the Scrum method of Project Management.
